How hard is calculus - Precalculus, which is a combination of trigonometry and math analysis, bridges the gap to calculus, but it can feel like a potpourri of concepts at times. Students are suddenly required to memorize a lot of material as well as recall various concepts from their previous math courses. This can sometimes feel like they’re drinking from a firehose.

Calculus, at its core, is conceptually much harder than linear algebra IMO. Of course, it depends how deep you get into it, but calculus is founded upon the concept of a limit which was conceptually (and still is) hard for me to fathom. And actually, before this, calculus was based on infinitesmals in its original conception.. Women's size vs mens size shoes

Why is calculus so hard to understand? Most of the reasons students have difficulty learning calculus is because they don’t study daily after lessons, can’t focus in class, have gaps in their math knowledge, and think learning calculus is a waste of time.
